Kanye, Uma Thurman and everyone who is anyone in the fashion world, was appropriately adorned in tongue-in-cheek apparel last night when they attended the Irreverent Dinner hosted by Carine Roitfeld, former Editor-in-Chief of French Vogue.
After a week of vigorous shows, last walks and front row seats during Paris Fashion Week, the fashion world celebrated with pale faces, fangs, capes and yes, there was even some faux blood on the scene!

The event, hosted at the appropriately themed Raspoutine, saw walls draped in red and brought the fashion from beyond the grave.
Kanye was spotted sporting a safe all black everything look, while other heavy fashion hitters like Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci took a bite out of the classic black suit and bow tie by adding a bloody mouth to the mix.

Ciara donned a vampire-esque sheer cape with a deep red lip, Uma Thurman played it safe with a tweed dress, and Anja Rubik went straight for thriller glam in a blue velvet dress with a frontal lace up closure and over the top black eye makeup.
