What follows is the first of a series of excerpts from my new book Super Rich: A Guide to Having it All, which will be released on January 4th.
I want to start off by saying that Super Rich is not Do You!, Part 2. While I was truly inspired by and grateful for the overwhelmingly positive response I received for Do You!, I wrote Super Rich with a higher intention. An offering from my most evolved self. In many ways, Do You! was seen as a guide book on how to get ahead. My hope is that Super Rich will be seen as a guide on how to look inside.
That’s why despite what the title might suggest, Super Rich is not about becoming materially wealthy. I’m sorry if that disappoints some people, but the journey that I’m promoting is not one will culminate with you having a few more zeroes in your back account, or cars in your driveway. Instead, what I’m encouraging you to strive for in Super Rich, and really what I’m seeking myself, is something so much greater.
Just what exactly, you might be thinking, do I really mean by Super Rich? Let me break it down: Super Rich is a state of consciousness where your connection to your higher self is so strong that you’ll be able to recognize that there’s no difference between being broke and being a millionaire, between a beautiful sunset and a terrible thunderstorm, between a newborn baby and a corpse. Where you’ll be able to appreciate that your entire experience as a human being is blissful and sublime. Where you’re able to see the miracles of life unfolding in front of you all the time.
Being Super Rich isn’t something that we have to achieve in the world, but rather is already buried in our hearts. All we have to do is understand that it’s there in order to find the long-term happiness and success that is all of our birthrights. Hopefully, Super Rich will be the book that helps you claim it.

EXCERPT 1: Rich is Relative
I want to address a reaction some of you might be having to hearing me say that the money and toys should have no bearing on your happiness:
“That’s easy for the rich guy to say.”
It’s a reaction I get a lot whenever I start talking about concepts like “redefining rich” and “needing nothing.” I hear it on the streets, from audiences, on Twitter, and even from other rich guys!
I can certainly understand the sentiment. Why should you listen to me when I’m writing this book up in my penthouse surrounded by all my toys? The answer, as I’ll lay out in greater detail in subsequent chapters, is that just because I’m suggesting that you need nothing doesn’t also mean that I’m asking you to forgo any toy that I’ve enjoyed. I’m not telling you that you shouldn’t enjoy driving a Rolls-Royce or watching a movie on a fifty-inch HD television. Those incredible toys were only created to be enjoyed.
