Now Selena Gomez didn’t go for a drastic hair color, but she did show off a little midriff on the orange carpet in a cute halter top, mini skirt ensemble. Her boo, Justin Bieber wasn’t by her side but that didn’t keep the 19 year old from being all smiles. Justin and Selena scored the awards for favorite male and female singers, respectively, talk about a young power couple!
