The divorce papers are out! As we previously reported, Evelyn Lozada filed for divorce from Chad Johnson after 41 days of marriage following an alleged domestic dispute.

In the divorce papers, Evelyn’s lawyer cites that their marriage irretrievably broken, but since the couple has a prenup, the Basketball Wives star is asking that Chad Johnson pay for her legal fees.

Since Evelyn filed for divorce, Chad has since issued a public apology to his fans:
“I would like to wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death.”
