In what might be her best week ever, the 35-year-old Latina songstress not only got a new job as a judge on the next season of The Voice, she got some great news when she found out she was expecting a child with her boyfriend Gerard Pique.

The Colombian “Shewolf” told her 46 million Facebook fans:
“Gerard and I are very happy awaiting the arrival of our first baby! At this time, we have decided to give priority to this unique moment in our lives and postpone all the promotional activities planned over the next few days.”
We want to give a huge congratulations to Shakira and Gerard; may they have a healthy and happy baby!
Shakira has been dating the soccer star for over a year; this is their first child together.
