It was only a matter of time before media outlets and lawyers would dig up dirt to throw on Jordan Davis!

Details have are emerged in Davis’ case, a 17-year-old who was shot over a confrontation about his music being too loud, about one of his friends who had trouble with the law. On the night that Davis was fatally shot by 45-year-old Michael Dunn, Jordan was in the car with three other teens, one whom was on probation for committing a burglary in 2011. Tommie Stornes, 19, pleaded guilty to three counts of burglary after he was caught and arrested for loading a speaker box and two subwoofers into a Dodge Durango, according to police. He was placed on probation for 24 months and is still on active supervision and a curfew of 7 pm to 7 am.

In addition, First Coast News (FCN) spoke exclusively with Michael Dunn’s 23-year-old son, whom he watched get married earlier that day. FCN reports:

Dunn said he was shocked when he finally heard about the shooting incident more than 24 hours later.

“If it was just from my experience that night with him, I will say it is out of character, from how he was that afternoon with us, to go and do that it seems very out of character,” Chris Dunn said.

Dunn said his father left the wedding reception in a good mood, and Dunn was pleased that he was going to be able to reconnect with his father.

“He had planned on the next day to take his girlfriend to St. Augustine and show her the area, and we had talked to about getting together and having lunch. After he left the wedding, I never heard from him,” Chris Dunn said.

Michael Dunn is being charged with second-degree murder and is being held in a jail in Brevard County, Florida. He is using Florida’s controversial “Stand Your Ground” law in his claim of self-defense, but we pray that there is justice for Jordan.
