Amidst the unfortunate debacle that has become a blame game in the death of Ki-Suck Han, the man pushed to his death on the NYC subway tracks,suspect Naeem Davis, who has been arraigned for second-degree murder in the case, told reporters Wednesday that he was the one attacked.

“He attacked me first. He grabbed me,” he said.
Davis is currently being held without bail in the death of Han on Monday night, after allegedly pushing him in front of an oncoming Q train near Times Square.
Davis’ legal aid lawyer, Stephen Pokart, is singing a similar song, telling reporters outside of court that his client “was involved in an incident with a man who was drunk and angry.”

Despite differing accounts of the incident, the nation remains shocked and saddened by the horrific nature of the situation, disappointed in how the media portrayed Han’s last moments of life in an eerie photo on the cover of the New York Post. Freelance photographer R. Umar Abbasi remains under fire for snapping the picture instead of helping Han from the tracks, continuing the disturbing blame game that has unfortunately clouded Han’s death.
