There were a lot of great movies this year.

From blockbusters to films you might never heard about but should definitely put on your must see list. For example, we’re sure you’ve seen Hunger Games, but have you ever heard of Beast Of A Southern Wild

The movie is about what happens in a forgotten but defiant bayou community cut off from the rest of the world by a sprawling levee, and a six-year-old girl exists on the brink of orphanhood that must find out what it means to love and have courage to overcome it all.

Then there are movies that are going to close out the year like Les Miserables and DJango Unchained that are about to come out that will blow our mind.

Hollywood had a good year, but we have to pick a movie of the year.

So we are going to give it to… Hunger Games.

The Global Grind staff believes that Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson’s brutal fight to the death in a post apocalyptic world reigns supreme this year.

Admit it you can’t wait for Katniss to come back in Catching Fire. So check out the rest of our best movie list and let us know what you would of put on the list.
