VIDEO: We Love It! Kid President & Barack Obama Chop It Up About White House Easter Egg Roll

Mitt Romney has broken his silence, alongside wife Ann Romney, in an interview with Fox News. Romney sheds light on life after the presidential election. With no hard feelings felt or worlds shattered, Romney compares his experience to a roller coaster ride that he’s accepted is over with.

“We were on a roller coaster, exciting and thrilling, ups and downs. But the ride ends. And then you get off and it’s not like, oh, can’t we be on a roller coaster the rest of our life? It’s like no, the ride’s over,” said Romney.

Ann has also adopted the nonchalant attitude and assures that their life has not been heavily affected by the loss to Barack Obama in the 2012 Presidential election. She admits an “adjustment” was in order, but it is not something they are unfamiliar with.

“In our church, we’re used to serving and you know, you can be in a very high position,” says Ann. “But you recognize you’re serving, and then all of a sudden, you’re released and you’re nobody. And we’re used to that. It was really quite a lot of energy and a lot of passion and a lot of— lot of people around us all of a sudden, it was nothing.”

The Romneys have accepted America’s decision to re-elect President Obama and seem unaffected by it. Good for them! No one likes a bitter politician.
