We just can’t keep up!

Chris Brown started celebrating his birthday just a tad early last night and while Rihanna was nowhere in sight, ex-girfriend Karrueche was surely on deck!

Breezy arrived at the Emerson nightclub in LA to bring in his big 2-4 which is actually tomorrow and was ready to turn up!

It was rumored that Ri Ri was planning a huge party for him but from the drama that has been going down lately could that all be down the drain? If so, it seems like this man may be quite alright.

Karrueche was on the scene, sporting knee-high tasseled boots and a short mini dress, while her ex-man rocked a plaid button up, army green pants and black kicks. The “Look At Me Now” man was also joined by Christina Milian, David Hasslehoff, Chloe Green.

In other news, it looks like breaking up and making up with Rihanna may surely be the least of Chris Brown‘s worries. It appears the soon to be 24 year old now has beef with a clan of his neighbors. What can be the issue you ask?

Well, Breezy is no stranger to loving some graffiti and the singer has decked the whole front of his Hollywood HIlls home with art that appears to be done by himself.

According to TMZ, CB’s neighbors are taking action and haved called L.A. City Councilman Tom LaBonge, complaining it was a blight on the block.

The site reports:

LaBonge passed it on to L.A. City officials, and Chris was cited for having “unpermitted and excessive signage” on his property.  If he doesn’t remove the murals STAT … he’ll be fined.

Graffiti so hard mothaf*ckers wanna fine me?

Just a couple months ago Breezy was testing out his skills with acclaimed graffiti artist Slick to raise funds for the Best Buddies International.

Apparently this habit isn’t the only issue the folks have with Ri Ri‘s on and then off again lover. According to reports they are also pissed off at the loud parties Chris throws at all hours of the night and have completely had it with cars speeding up and down the street.

From the sounds of things maybe Breezy and his behavior belong in New York. Loud music, graffiti and speedy cars? He should fit right into some Brooklyn neighborhoods.
