Though Princess Diana’s life ended tragically, she will always be the “Princess of the People” in our hearts.
Lucky for us, Naomi Watts is helping to keep her memory alive by starring as Diana in Diana, the biopic of the royal mom’s life after Prince Charles cheated on her and filed for divorce.
If you’re not familiar, Diana is the mom of Princes William and Harry, and would have been the mother-in-law of the gorgeous Kate Middleton, had she not been killed in a 1997 car crash.
The biopic focuses on the difference between Diana’s public persona and who she was behind closed doors, her secret relationship with heart surgeon Dr. Hasnat Khan, as well as her life as a humanitarian.
