10. Charles Rangel Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 1971, representing the Fifteenth Congressional District of New York. He is now currently Chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means. Rangel got caught and failed to disclose $660,000.00 in financial assets.
9. Sen. Chris Dodd (D-Conn) He currently serves as Chairman of the Senate Banking Committee. Sen. Chris Dodd’s sweetheart Countrywide loan for a Capitol Hill townhouse and handling of AIG bonuses. Dodd said he didn’t seek the VIP treatment and he was cleared by the Senate Ethics Committee.

Republican Michele Bachmann, U.S. representative from Minnesota She’s demanded an investigation of “anti-American” members of Congress and suggested that Obama was creating “re-education” camps through the AmeriCorps program. Not to mention she always has a creepy permanent smile on her face, what’s the deal with that? Here’s Ms.Bachmann in action.
7. Nev. Sen. John Ensign. Dude was caught in an extramarital affair with an aide who is the wife of a former aide. The Senate Ethics Committee is investigating. Way to go!!!
