Can this show that focuses on a Hip Hop one hit wonder make it?&nbsp;It is being submitted to several festivals. One is the the <strong>BET</strong> sponsored <strong>Urbanworld Festival</strong>, another is <strong>Nextventertainment</strong> in L.A. and lastly the <strong>New York Television</strong> <strong>Pilot Festival</strong>.</p><p>The Biliano Show is a dramedy in the same vein as <strong>HBO&rsquo;s Entourage</strong> and <strong>How To Make It In America</strong>. Its about a one hit wonder rapper, who is&nbsp;trying to make it back in the industry after he loses his deal.
