Born on the Fourth of July, it is no surprise that Malia will be celebrating Independence Day in a more euphoric state than any other child in the nation. Turning 12 on this day of patriotism Malia will eagerly be awaiting those lovely teenage years. We wonder what she might get for her birthday, perhaps another cute little puppy? or the Nintendo DS 3D? But apparently, Malia is studious and dedicated, she loves to play soccer and dance and will be looking forward to a new school year at the Sidwell Friends School in DC.
Growing up Obama is a lot of pressure but Malia is our all-American favorite child who is keeping it clean cut and setting herself as a good role model for other young girls to follow. Having a mother like Michelle and a dad like Barack, we are sure that she will grow into a mature and kind young woman and we can’t wait to see what she will achieve in the upcoming years. We wish Malia a happy birthday and hope that her family has the most patriotic, celebratory birthday ever!
