It’s been less than a month since Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens announced their split, but after the ‘High School Musical’ sweethearts of five years were spotted canoodling at an LA club this past weekend, it seems they may already be back together.
‘They were making out on and off for the last hour or so until closing. They acted like there was no one else in the room,’ a source told various publications.
