Ladies and gentlemen, it is now a fact that the Fugees will be reunited very soon. It’s been five years since the group has performed together and hundreds of rumors later, Fugees’ producer Jerry “Wonda” Duplessis has confirmed that a reunion is on the horizon for the hip-hop trio.

Everyone loved Lauren Hill, Wyclef, and Pras together, so Fugees fans may get their wish with a pending reunion. GlobalGrind was inspired by this reunion and thought it would be cool to highlight other groups who should squash the beef and the egos to give their fans one more encore.

Rocafella records once reigned the hip-hop game, but once Jay-Z and Dame Dash fell out, it was over for the label. Members like Beanie Sigel, Freeway, Kanye West, Cam’ron, Jim Jones, Chris and Neffe were forced to pick sides and then the lines were drawn. Deep down inside, fans of any of these rappers would love to see them get back together just one more time.

Rocafella records was one of the greatest hip-hop labels of all time and when label heads Jay-Z and Dame Dash parted ways, the rest of the Rocafella team had to choose sides. Rapper Beanie Siegal was beefin’ with Jay-Z in 2010. It seems like the Rocafella team doesn’t stand a chance in a reunion, but GlobalGrind would like to dream.

Boy band ‘N Sync didn’t have beef with each other, but Justin Timberlake and JC Chasez wanted to try their luck at solo careers. They should definitely get back together, at least for a reunion tour.

Everyone remembers when New Orleans rap group the Hot Boys hit the music scene. Bringing light to down south rap music, Cash Money records head Birdman had a team of rapping soldiers. The group consisted of Lil Wayne, Juvenile, BG, Mannie Fresh, and Turk and they made plenty of music and most importantly, money, together. Like in all groups, the break out stars wanted to go solo. Juvenile left the group, which caused Birdman to focus on Lil Wayne’s solo career. The group finally disbanded in 2001.

Alternative rock duo The White Stripes had six studio albums, 26 singles and 14 music videos before taking a hiatus. In February 2011, the duo finally admitted that they decided to split up.

Destiny’s Child, the original members, including Beyonce, Letoya Luckett, Latavia, and Kelly Rowland, should squash their differences and reunite with each other. GlobalGrind loves Michelle Williams, but deep down inside, everyone wants to see the original group members reunited.

’90s girl group Xscape had mega hits in the era of girl groups, but when the quartet was negotiating deals for a third album, rumors began to swirl that one of the lead singers Tasha was trying to negotiate a solo deal behind the other girls’ backs. Tensions arose and the group broke up, but not without an ugly ending.

Tasha went on Hot 97 and told the world that it was Kandi’s fault as to why the group broke up. She revealed that Kandi had a sexual relationship with super producer Jermaine Dupri. Kandi admitted the rumors were true, but she has adamantly denied being the source of the group’s demise. Members Kandi and Tiny are still cool, but Kandi said the group will NEVER reunite, because of Tasha’s betrayal.
