Billboards:
If you wake up in the morning and the first thing you see as you peak out your window is a billboard of your president, you’re probably living under a dictatorship and a revolution is coming.

Statute Of Limitations:
If your town square has a two story statue of your President, you’ve got a problem.

If your President “Heil’s” all the time instead of waving, you’ve got a dictator running your country.

Money:
If your country’s leader has a net worth of wealth more than than the country itself, you’re living with a dictator. After 30 years of running Egypt, Hosni Mubarak’s estimated worth was estimated between $40-$70 billion.

Pass It Down:
If you lived in Haiti from 1957-1986 and you had two presidents with the same name, you might be living in a dictatorship. François Duvalier was the President of Haiti from 1957 until his death in 1971. In 1971 his son took the reigns, Jean-Claude Duvalier, nicknamed “Bébé Doc” or “Baby Doc” was the President of Haiti from 1971 until his overthrow by a popular uprising in 1986.

One clear cut sign that you might have to revolt against your government happens when your dictator has a mustache. Saddam Hussein, Vladimir Lenin, Joseph Stalin and Adolf Hitler just to name a few.
