Comedy Central cartoon “South Park” has long been known to poke fun at some of Hollywood’s biggest stars. In Wednesday night’s episode, comedy mogul Tyler Perry was the butt of the joke, winning the fictional “Kathy Griffin Award” for least funny person on the planet.

We’re sure Spike Lee is somewhere laughing right now. Check out the video below as well as the rest of “South Park”‘s best celebrity smackdowns.

The Internet went nuts when “South Park” creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone went after “Jersey Shore”‘s very own Nicole Polizzi. Watch out for “The Snooki“!

Self-proclaimed genius and “voice of a generation” Kanye West gets upset when the world jokingly calls him a “gay fish” after he says he likes fishsticks. Get it? The joke goes over Yeezy’s head and leads to a classic parody of Kanye’s hit single “Heartless” at the end of the episode.

King of Pop Michael Jackson predictably got the “South Park” treatment as well. MJ, calling himself “Mr. Jefferson,” invites himself over to Stan’s house for a slumber party…

Fans of “South Park” will never forget “Braveheart” star Mel Gibson‘s off-the-wall crazy appearance on the show in 2004. Stan and Kenny show up to his house to ask for their money back after seeing Gibson’s “The Passion of the Christ” movie and the rest is history…

Britney Spears appeared on the show in 2008 in the episode “Britney’s New Look” which poked fun at all the media coverage surrounding the pop star during her meltdown. The boys visit her at her hotel to get a photo but things go horribly wrong. The scene is kinda graphic for a cartoon but don’t worry. Britney survives with a new look…

The cartoon version of Jennifer Lopez wasn’t too happy about getting dissed in “South Park” and we imagine her real life counterpart felt the same way. When J.Lo’s record company replaces her with her impersonator, played by an Eric Cartman hand puppet, it’s on!

Angelina Jolie is famous for her iconic acting roles, her philanthropy and her adoption of several children from around the world. Leave it to “South Park” to bring her down a peg with a surprise ending to the episode “Lice Capades”… [SPOILER ALERT]

Tom Cruise struggles to come out of the closet when Stan, who Cruise believes is Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard, criticizes his acting. Rumor has it that the actor was pretty upset when it aired.
