    WHAT: T.I. will reportedly be a free man on September 29. The rapper has been incarcerated for violating terms of his probation since November 1 and is serving an 11-month sentence.

    WHAT: According to a statement from 50 himself, the hip-hop mogul has dissolved his relationship with Sleek Audio. “As reported, the license arrangement between my company, G-Unit, and Sleek Audio to produce headphones branded as “Sleek by 50” has been cancelled.  Instead, I have established a new company that is developing a complete line of audio accessories, including wireless headphones, offering superior sound quality along with cutting edge technology for all music lovers to enjoy.  As an artist, I am committed to bringing top-of-the-line audio products to my fans, and I am excited that I have the resources to achieve just that with this new venture,” states Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson.

    WHAT: Lil Wayne is extending his “I Am Still Music” tour and adding 40 more dates to the jaunt. Wayne wrapped up the first leg of the tour on May 1 at the Bamboozle festival and will head back out on July 13 in Hartford, CT.
