Prada’s younger line Miu Miu has announced that beginning in Fall 2011, the new face of their brand will be none other than the 14-year-old star of True Grit, Hailee Steinfeld.
Prada and Miu Miu began to take notice of Hailee after she showed up to the SAG Awards in a Prada dress from their Spring 2011 collection (above).
After being invited to the Paris Miu Miu fashion show and garnering loads of attention for her outfit and front row status, Prada knew that they had a star on their hands.
Hailee Steinfeld was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in True Grit last year. Since then, she’s proven herself to be a shining style star, but she hasn’t been alone in her style domination. There have been other young Hollywood starlets that have proved to be style icons in their own right as well.
