Leo Fitzmaurice is neither a football fan or cigarette smoker. What he is though is inventive.

After noticing a wet cigarette package in the shape of a football jersey on the ground 10 years ago, Leo made it his artistic mission to collect cigarette packages from all over the world and turn them into miniature football teams.

To date, Leo has made over 800 handcrafted miniature football team jerseys and is now exhibiting them at the Cube Gallery in Manchester, UK.

Titled “Post Match” Fitzmaurice’s exhibition will close on August 20.

Check out his work in the gallery and if you’re in the UK, try to make it to the show.
