Under age fashion models have been the target of suggestively, sexual images in high-fashion editorial spreads as of late.

With the controversy over young 10-year-old Thylane Loubry Blondeau’s French Vogue editorial, and the launch of Jours Après Lunes, a lingerie line specifically for young girls between the ages of 4 and 12 years old, you have to ask the industry is this okay?

Regardless of what the fashion officials say, some people refuse to sit back and let seductive images of the young continue in the public whether the industry calls it authentic fashion or not.

The parents of 16 year old model Hailey are suing Urban Outfitters and photographer Jason Lee Parry for printing seductive images of then 15-year-old Hailey on t-shirts. Her parents say they were aware of the photo shoot, which occurred last April in 2010, but did give permission to use because the photographer required her to pose in improper manners.

“She is posed in a blatantly salacious manner with her legs spread, without a bra, revealing portions of her breasts. The image of Teen in a spread eagle position making her crotch area the focal point of the image may portray a child in a sexually suggestive manner and may be in violation of one or more federal and/or state laws.”

The parents of Hailey are suing for $28 Million in damages.
