Building on their history of quality and individualism, Dr. Marten has announced their “Dr. Martens Bespoke” collection, which will focus on two styles: the 1460 8-eye boot and the 1461 3-eye shoe.
You can now also customize almost every aspect of the shoe’s construction!

Customers will be able to use a large range of Cordovan and ostrich leathers and a variety of laces, stitching, welts and outsole options.
Each bespoke pair will then come in a walnut veneer hardwood box with wooden shoetrees. Dr. Martens Bespoke collection will make its debut through a traveling roadshow, featuring custom Tanner Krolle trunks inspired by the classic Oxblood Dr. Martens leather.
The traveling exhibit will launch on October 5, 2011 at Dover Street Market in London before making its way to Beijing, Tokyo, Paris and the United States.
