Justin Bieber covers the newest issue of Billboard Magazine. Up for discussion in the cover story are Justin’s upcoming Christmas album as well as Justin’s dedication to giving back-both to his fans and to charities.
When discussing the upcoming album, Under the Mistletoe, Justin’s famed manager, Scooter Braun tells us,
“Vocally, his balls have dropped.” We kind of knew this already, but we’re happy to get confirmation.
