According to the prenup, all assets were separate and being that the marriage was so short, neither Kim or Kris will walk away with money from the other.

Kris, under California law, loses out on the $2 million engagement ring he gave to Kim just a few months ago. According to California statutes, after saying “I do,” you lose any rights to the ring.
Kris made $3.2 million from the Nets last year, although the NBA is currently in lockout mode. The Kardashian empire raked in around $65 million the same year.
