Lewis was snapped by the paparazzi leaving the Playboy Club in London last night with two women. The three Playboy Club-goers hopped in a car and left together.
Lewis didn’t seem to mind the attention as he threw up the peace sign to photogs before smiling for the cameras as he got in his car to leave.
