A 41-year-old pastor accused of carrying on a lengthy sexual relationship with a Murrieta girl was charged Thursday with 34 felonies, court records show.
Matthias Anderson, a Hemet resident and founder of New Wine Ministries in Oceanside, was arrested this week near the 15-year-old girl’s home, police said.
According to the church website, Anderson is married with six children. A former Marine and Fontana native, he and his wife founded the church in 2001, the website said.
