Matt ran into legal trouble when he burned down a barn and was taken in as a foster child by the coach and his wife for two years before being legally adopted by the couple.

Shortly after he moved into the house, however, Matt tried to kill himself. Since the scandal broke Matt is still extremely close with the family.

As for Matt’s ex-wife, Jill Jones, she has obtained a legal order barring the ex-Penn State coach from seeing three of his grandchildren.

Jones went to court to stop the accused pedophile from having access to their two daughters, aged nine and seven, and one son, aged five according to court documents.

It was also revealed that the district judge, Leslie Dutchcot, who requested Sandusky be freed on $100,000 unsecured bail, once did volunteer work for the coach’s charity “The Second Mile.”

The case of Sandusky continues to dominate news headlines. We will keep you updated on any further developments.
