Not only will get to see some musical performances from the likes of superstars like Lady Gaga, Usher, Ludacris and Rihanna, but we will also get the Grammy nominations for the awards that really matter: Song Of The Year, Record Of The Year, Artist Of The Year and Album of The Year.

Album of The Year is the award every artist wants. We’re not sure yet what route the Grammys will go — but we know who we think should win. So here’s our 10 favorite albums of 2011 that should get the Grammy nod!

Tyler, the Creator – Goblin
This album might have turned some people off with its weird, twisted shock rap content and synth heavy, Neptunes-inspired beats, but not us. Goblin is dope and it’s mainly because that boy Tyler, the Creator can rap his ass off.

Cee Lo Green – The Lady Killer
Cee Lo Green’s The Lady Killer might be known mainly because of the album’s mean-spirited, but addictive, first single, “F**k You,” but, honestly, that is really the only song of its kind on the album. Cee Lo’s third solo album is filled with old-school sounding, romantic love ballads that are just as catchy as “F**k You,” but not nearly as vicious.

Bon Iver – Bon Iver
Bon Iver’s debut album, For Emma, Forever Ago, was created in a solitude cabin up in Vermont, and it sounded like it. Well, Bon Iver’s self-titled follow up sounds like it was made in space — it’s literally that much more bigger, expansive and complex.

Radiohead – The King of Limbs
Radiohead’s The King of Limbs album is about as dense of a album as we can remember. There is very little of the traditional rock elements of some of their past projects. The album has a much more experimental sound to it, with the songs having layer after layer of different samples to them.

Taylor Swift – Speak Now
The Grammys love a good story — so Taylor Swift coming back with the year of her life after being embarrassed publicly by Kanye West will get her some gold. But we feel it’s well deserved gold. Speak Now is one of the most memorable pop albums of the year and definitely the shining moment in her young career so far.

James Blake – James Blake
British singer James Blake’s self-titled album was one of the coolest and most original releases of the year. The album is a dubstep album, but unlike one we ever heard. It must be heard to be fully understood.

Jay-Z & Kanye West – Watch The Throne
Watch The Throne was literally the most anticipated album of the year. It was also one of the most arrogant and self-assured albums of the year. That’s OK, though, because it’s great. The rhyming was always on-point and the music banged like it was supposed to.

Lady Gaga – Born This Way
Lady Gaga had the biggest opening week numbers of the year, pushing over a million copies of her second album. A million plus people can’t be wrong, right? Nope, they aren’t. Born This Way was one of the best pure pop albums we heard in years.

Kanye West – My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy
Even though this album dropped late last year, it still beat the Grammy cut-off date, and it has literally stuck with us throughout that entire duration. The album is as well put together a rap you will hear.

Adele–21
If you can find a place taking bets on Grammy nominations, grab your life savings and bet Adele’s 21, not only getting nominated, but winning. And you know what? We’re not even mad. Since the album was released in January, her dark, strong voice has been the loudest throughout 2011. She dominated 2011 and she did it with really only two singles, “Rolling in the Deep” and “Someone Like You.”
