As the holiday nears, the rap beef gets beefier!

Young Jeezy hit up MTV’s Rapfix to talk about his forthcoming album TM103: A Hustlaz Ambition, his new movie, and of course, his longstanding “beef” with Rick Ross

When asked about the back and forth jabs between him and Rick Ross, Jeezy replied:

“I would call it nothing…With rap man, it’s a funny thing. You can say things and people take them the way you take them. In my mind and in my heart, I just killed the verse (reference “Death B4 Dishonor” track). By the way, If I go in, I’ma go in, let’s clear that up now.”

Jeezy also mentioned that the streets are talking and word on the street is Rick Ross has tried to get Big Meech to turn on Young Jeezy.

“I hear things, the streets talk. I’m hearing he reaching out to Meech, and trying to get him to speak bad, but that’s my brother. And when you start trying to bring the streets to prove a point in rap, you already lost. That ain’t to be played with. People lost lives, and are doing real time. If we’re going to do music, lets do music.”

By the end of the interview, Jeezy said that Rick should have hit him up if he was feeling a certain way about his verse on “Death B4 Dishonor” and that ultimately he isn’t thinking about Rick Ross’ issues.

Jeezy’s forthcoming album TM103: A Hustlaz Ambition is set to hit store shelves December 20th.

Hmmm…very interesting stuff. Whose side are you on?
