From Hennessey comes the announcement of a new supercar called the Venom GT Spyder, which is an open-air version of its Venom GT. While the original Venom GT had the price tag of $950,000, the Spyder version ups the ante with a lofty price of $1.1 million. Performance Engineer CEO Don Goldman says that with the open-air model, drivers with get an even better driving experience.

While specs for the car are currently unavailable, we know from the original model that the car is destined to boast somewhere in the area of 1,200 horsepower. Hennessey has also stated that it has already received two orders out of the five Venom GT Spyders it will ultimately make, so if you have the cash, now is your time to act.
