The message behind the movement chronicles Ryan, a handicapped fan of Machine Gun Kelly who is confined to his wheelchair.
Upon meeting Machine Gun Kelly, Ryan promises to walk across the stage when he goes to MGK’s concert. With the help of a friend, Ryan emerges from his wheelchair and eventually walks to Machine Gun Kelly, who then picks up his special fan.

After seeing Ryan walk across that stage, the water works came and the crowd went wild.
