She is already preggo with her second child with fiance Jamie Mazur.

The gorgeous 30-year-old model revealed to a Brazilian magazine that she is four months pregnant, but doesn’t know the gender of the child yet.
Alessandra explains to Us Weekly her thoughts on family:
“Family is the most important thing for me and I’m thrilled to be adding to the family. I’m fortunate to have a loving and supportive family. It’s a blessing that it will soon be growing.”
Alessandra is one of a few Victoria’s Secret models who have children, including Miranda Kerr, Adriana Lima and of course, mother of four, Heidi Klum.
