At CES in Vegas today, Electronics midget Huawei unveiled the world’s thinnest smartphone: the Huawei Ascend!

We will try to get you hands on experience with this pretty little thing, but in the meantime make do with these facts: a 4.3-inch, 540 x 960 Super AMOLED screen, a dual-core 1.5 GHz CPU paired with a SGX 540 GPU, an 8-megapixel camera and 1 GB of RAM.
Those facts translate to speed and visuals. The phone is much thinner than the Motorola Droid Razr which is 7.1mm thick. The Ascend P1 S is 668mm thin! And gorgeous!
Expect these devices sometime in Q2 and sporting Android 4.0. No word on pricing yet.
