Supporting the Occupy Wall Street movement does not mean you must abandon your child!
A Washington D.C. man is facing charges of second-degree attempted cruelty to children after leaving his 13-month old daughter alone in an Occupy D.C. camp located in McPherson Square.

According to the Washington Examiner, the man whose name remains unidentified left his child in a tent yesterday around 10:30am EST. Local authorities’ spokesman Sgt. David Schlosser said that no adults were around the child for at least a half an hour.
When the man returned to the tent, he confirmed that he was her father.
Authorities are not sure if the man was part of the Occupy Wall Street movement or if he was up to something else.
Either way, we are happy that the baby is safe!
