Things aren’t looking too pretty for former Miss USA Rima Fakih.
The 26-year-old Muslim beauty queen appeared in court today for her DUI case hearing.

If you remember back in December, the Rima was popped with a DUI in Michigan after she was pulled over for driving erratically.
Police claim that Rima’s blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit at the time of her arrest.
Today the Judge was expecting Rima’s team of lawyers to hash out a plea agreement that would settle the matter, her lawyers didn’t and the judge got angry.
According to TMZ who was in the court room as the proceedings were happening:
The judge set a bench trial date for March 14 which means if she doesn’t strike a deal by then, she runs the risk of facing the maximum penalty … 93 days in the slammer, plus fines.
Looks like our girl Rima needs to get her team on track if she wants to avoid a 90 plus day jail sentence!
