New daddy Jay-Z just celebrated the re-opening of his NYC club, 40/40 a couple days ago but it looks like the entrepreneur is already getting some flack on his fresh spot.

One day after the grand opening party, the NYC Dept of Health reportedly swept in and shut down the newly renovated club.
According to TMZ:
“The club was scored 69 violation points, according to New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s website. A score of 28 or higher results in the dreaded C grade.”

Although the Department of Health’s website lists the restaurant as “closed by Health Dept.” it was still up and running according to the NY Post.
If the claims are true we’re sure Jigga man will get things back on track in no time after all “he’s not a business man, he’s a business, man” and he’ll surely “handle his business, damn!”
