Karl recently shot a look book for former French escort Zahia Dehar’s lingerie line.
Zahia, a curvaceous blond, made headlines back in 2010 when the then 17-year-old was linked to having sex with three major soccer players for over $2,000 per night.
At the forefront of the scandal was famed player Franck Ribery, who was facing jail time for fornicating with the underage teen.

In attempt to put the past behind her, Zahia decided to stop selling her body and start selling clothes…Well kind of.
The former escort has decided to stay in the sex realm and debut a lingerie line.
Since the scandal, in an infamous tale of second chances, Zahia went on to cover a multitude of magazines (including the Spain edition of V Magazine shown above) and is now getting into some really intense one off situations – pun intended.

WWD reported earlier this month that Zahia was designing a “couture” line of lingerie–and despite her sordid past, we’re not talking stripper heels and Frederick’s of Hollywood here. Legit couture artisans like François Tamarin, Bruno Legeron, and Jean-Pierre Ollier worked on the one-off pieces. She’ll debut her collection on January 25 in Paris during couture week. And to complete her journey to fashion legitimacy, none other than Karl Lagerfeld shot her for the line’s look book–which will be handed out in the press kit at the show. He told WWD, that the shots are “very, very funny, like Vargas pinups. It was fun to do her.” He went on to call Zahia “very French courtesan, like Diane de Poitiers or the Belle Otéro.” He also made sure to add, “I have nothing to do with her collection.”
There you have it, kids. Don’t let anyone tell you that your road has to end after being an escort, because clearly you can pick yourself up and advance on to not just wear risque clothes, but design them as well.
