The ongoing battle between Halle Berry and her ex Gabriel Aubry has been a messy one for sure, especially when it comes to their daughter Nahla Aubry.
Nahla’s nanny, a woman named Alliance Kamdem, went to pick the 3-year-old up from school, but she wasn’t there. It turns out Gabriel kept her home from school for the past two days claiming she was “sick.”
When she came back to the house to see why Nahla hadn’t been in school, that’s when everything turned sour.

The nanny, who was holding Nahla at the time of the incident, claims that Gabriel said to her:
“You’re the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f**king know anything.”
Gabriel is now being investigated for child endangerment, ever since he reportedly pushed Alliance while she was holding Nahla in her arms.

According to TMZ, Halle has decided to go to court this morning to prohibit Gabriel from having any contact with her daughter while the investigation of his child endangerment case is going on.
Halle and Gabriel have been fighting for custody of their 3-year-old daughter ever since they broke up at the beginning of 2011.
We hope this case can get resolved for Nahla’s sake!
