We’re suckers for packaging here, so when our invite to the unveiling of the Jordan 2012’s arrived by messenger, we broke out the ol’ Xerox and got to work!

The invite/press announcement came in a duotone business envelope; one side black, the other white. Inside was a U.S. Passport replica complete with teaser images of the shoe, which were inspired by wingtips, and some 3D glasses.
The paperstock of the passport was really impressive: the cover was very close to the stock used by the U.S. Passport Agency, and the printing was spot on.
