This past Sunday was pretty eventful for us with just one visit to Milk Studios in NYC.

From 3-4pm we were able to see the fashion presentations for Public School and Assembly as well as the runway show for Carlos Campos.

Our favorite collection we saw had to be Pubic School, who’s mix of street wear and high fashion aesthetics proved to make for an awesome collection.

Even though they only had a total of 12 looks, each one of them had their own feeling of individuality but still made for a very cohesive collection.

One of our favorite pieces had to be the black and white silk varsity jacket with the tiger patch.  It will definitely be on the radar once the collection is released later this year.

Carlos Campos and Assembly both had amazing collections as well.  The Assembly presentation consisted 16 models who were all standing in place for the onlooker to take their time and examine the garments.  The collection included a lot of tan, brown, and burgundy earth tones, which made sense since it is a fall collection.

Carlos Campos also incorporated similar colors for his collection that included a lot of sport jackets, leathers, suiting and outerwear pieces.  For a night out on the town, a Carlos Campos suit would definitely be a good option based on this collection.

You can take a look at a few of the pictures from the show in the gallery above.  Some of them are quick snapshots that we were able to grab on the iPhone but cut us some slack…we saw 3 shows in one hour!  Enjoy!
