Bobby Brown Performs After Whitney Houston’s Funeral (PHOTOS)
Bobby Brown wants to reintroduce the idea of selling a tell-all book about his life with super icon and former wife Whitney Houston. After first pitching the idea in 2008, word on the street is Bobby is once again trying to put it in the works.
Friends of Whitney are not enthused at all about the idea:
“This is a man who left his ex-wife’s funeral because he didn’t like his seats and went to a paying gig that night…”
Sources of the diva go on to tell HuffPost Celebrity:
“He didn’t get on stage that night because he needed to sing his greatest hits or because Whitney would have wanted him to entertain his fans, he did it to get a paycheck — the same reason he now wants to write a tell-all book.”
At this point, the only thing standing in the way of Bobby is the confidentiality contract he signed when his divorce was finalized. Not to mention, the impact that a tell-all book could have on his daughter with Whitney, Bobbi Kristina.
While the book may not have been as successful four years ago, a time period where Houston fell off, it’s reported to be a hit due to a market change following Whitney’s tragic death.
An assuring Phaedra Parks, Bobby’s former attorney added:
“Bobby loves all his children… He would do anything to protect all his children.”
Tell us how you feel. Do you think Bobby Brown is the right person to author a tell-all on behalf of Whitney?
