The middle finger is such an amazing little gesture, isn’t it? Name a more efficient way to display your displeasure. You can’t. And, the truth is, we absolutely love it when a celebrity lets one off in an act of defiance.
VIDEO: Adele Flips The Bird After Brit Speech Interruption
The latest flipping the bird incident occurred yesterday. Our girl Adele was at the Brit Awards accepting her award for Best Album. During her heartfelt speech the show’s host, James Corden, went to interrupt the singer. She clearly didn’t appreciate this, and responded by saying:
“Are you about to cut me off? Can I just say then, goodbye and I’ll see you next time around.”
She then flipped the audience off.
We loved it.

This was the second pop-star-flipping-someone-off-in-front-of-an-large-audience incident to happen within the last three weeks. The other came during the Super Bowl, when M.I.A. stuck the birdie up while performing at the Super Bowl.
