Not too long after his other alleged altercation with a fan in Miami, Breezy was photo-ed by a fan again as he partied it up for All Star weekend with Lebron James, Carmelo Anthony, and Chris Paul.

Although Chris has been the bad guy to some folks he actually didn’t get into any beefs over his pic being taken this time.
TMZ reports:
“The person who took the pic did so with an iPhone, which they still have in their possession.
CB was accused earlier this week of snatching a girl’s iPhone after she took a photo of him outside of a club in Miami. He is still on probation in Los Angeles for beating Rihanna in 2009.”

It looks like the R&B sensation is letting his lawyers handle all his accusation troubles and is living stress free. Lets hope he stays out of trouble!
