If you are not familiar with Monique Lhuillier, chances are you’ve seen one of your favorite female celebrities wearing her dresses.
Her ability to make pieces that range from chic evening dresses to wedding dresses has made Lhullier a staple among the fashion elite.

She recently showed off her Holmby Hills, Los Angeles home that she shares with her husband Tom Bugbee in the new issue of C Magazine.
With the help of builder Timothy Swain and Co., and interior designer Jennie Abbot, Lhuillier was able to transform the residence from a Tuscan-style domicile with an Asian-inspired backyard, into a modern-French Regency masterpiece, complete with lollipop trees and structured hedges out front.
There is artwork throughout the house from the likes of Takashi Murakami and Jason Martin and a completely redesigned lap pool out back.

It took nearly two years, but the finished product is something the fashion designer is very proud of.
“It was worth the almost two years of renovations to get it exactly how we wanted it,” says Lhuillier. We think it looks amazing.
