Is this at all a worthy endorsement?
Former President George H.W. Bush is holding a ceremony today to celebrate his endorsement of Republican presidential nominee frontrunner Mitt Romney.
Bush’s wife and former First Lady Barbara Bush will be in attendance. There has been no word on whether or not George Bush junior will be attending the event. Typically endorsements are given to boost a candidate’s support. However, considering the history of the Bush family, one may question whether or not this endorsement is worthy.
Barbara Bush, despite her preference over Romney, is not too enthusiastic about this election saying a few months ago that the Republicans are running “the worst campaign I’ve ever seen in my life.”
Mitt Romney is still leading the bid for the Republican presidential nominee against incumbent President Barack Obama.
