STORY: HE HAS A NAME: Sergio Pinex, Shot For Pair Of Sneakers
13-year old Roberto Luna was shot dead Sunday at 9:49 PM on South Spaulding Avenue and West 46th Street in Chicago. According to Fox News, two other males ages 15 and 16 were also wounded.
Chicago’s police News Affairs Officer Robert Perez said the shooter emerged from a gangway and fired the shots while yelling gang slogans.

Roberto was shot once in his upper body and once in his head. The other teens wounded were shot once with one shot to the forearm and another shot to a thigh.
Authorities have yet to identify a motive for the crimes.
Both teens wounded were taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County where they were listed as being in critical condition.
The suspects have yet to be detained.
