It’s been two years since Cash Money’s first rock-signee, Kevin Rudolf, last put out his 2010 sophomore project, To The Sky

He’s back however, and he’s bringing along a new style and a new message.

Kevin just released the video for “Don’t Give Up,” the first single off the rock singer’s forthcoming third solo album.

The record is an uplifting song about not folding, even when it seems like the odds are against you.

The sound of the record is more country and rock influenced than songs he has done in the past.

As for the video, it’s a trip through the city of New York, showcasing various images throughout. What makes the video touching is the fact that it was shot while Occupy Wall Street protests were in full effect.

Expect Kevin’s third album, which is still untitled, to drop in the middle of the summer.
