Adam Levine is on the cover of the May issue of Paper Magazine sporting his usual facial scruff that somehow adds to his badass/sexy persona that everyone loves.
The 33-year-old Maroon 5 frontman and The Voice coach spoke to the magazine about a variety of things that ranged from his views on marriage to considering himself a pain in the ass.

Adam got to talk a little about his hectic schedule by telling the mag:
“I just hope this isn’t the case when I’m 40. I turned 33 and I thought, ‘OK, this is exactly where I need to be,’ and why should I stop until I get to a point where I can, and say, ‘F— this, I’m going to go play golf.’”
We hope that’s not all he’s doing at 40. Hopefully Mr. Levine settles down, but when asked about marriage Adam said:
“I’m extremely fascinated by [it]. I want to study marriage. I want to learn about it. I want to know it. I want to figure out whether or not I want to do it. I’m not just going to leap into it, because that’s not good for anybody.”

We can’t imagine someone not being able to settle down with Adam, but when he opened up about his personality he described himself by saying:
“I can be a huge pain in the ass, huge pain in the ass. That’s part of who I am and there’s not a person I know who doesn’t think I’m a pain in the ass. But I’m also really nice and a completely affable and socially adept person. There’s a difference between being an asshole and a pain in the ass.”
