STORY: DEUCES!! Newt Gingrich Ends White House Bid

In a video titled Thank You To All Our Supporters, Gingrich said he will end his campaign at an event in Northern Virginia. Both Mitt Romney and his wife Callista Gingrich will be at the event, but will not make any joint appearances with Gingrich.

In the video Gingrich said:

“I want to take this opportunity to give you an insider advance notice that on Wednesday, I’ll be officially suspending the campaign as part of a press event. I wanted you to know first because your help was vital.”

He also added saying:

“All of us have an obligation, I think, to do everything we can to defeat Barack Obama.”

Gingrich makes no mention of Mitt Romney, who also failed to receive an endorsement from his once strongest opponent Rick Santorum.

We are just bewildered that Newt Gingrich waited this long to announce his campaign’s end.
